Where are Velasca products made?
All our products are 100% handmade in Italy by skilled artisans in Montegranaro, the heart of the Italian shoemaking tradition, using high-quality leathers and traditional construction methods.
How do I choose the correct size?
Our shoes generally follow standard European sizing. We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide on each product page, which includes a measurement conversion chart and specific fit advice for different lasts.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Returns are free of charge from most countries. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange immediately.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 5-7 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on your leather goods?
Yes, we take pride in our craftsmanship. We offer a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
